This place is situated in a beautiful building in a great location near excellent dining options, just a short walk from the old town center.

Had very nice stay in medieval town with top-class staff and magnificent location right in the centre of the old town. Had a huge romantic queen room, which allowed us to enjoy lovely view from here of sunset. We liked this staying😀

We liked the very helpful service from the book in, to the breakfast and cafe/lunch, to the check out. The historic/cultural ambience of the building, the beautiful bathroom and the graceful sitting areas and garden were delightful. A lovely touch was the bowl of oranges available.

We were more aware of the creaking boards on the first of our 2 night stay.

Enjoyed a great time in this medieval town with fantastic weather. the hotel's location in the charming garden was truly amazing 😊.

The hotel is very charming, and location is perfect. Nice staff and clean rooms. The private parking is very good.

I prefer soft beds, so for me the bed was a little bit hard.

In the hearth of a Medieval village Hotel Casa del Marqués is a charming two floor palace. Everyone was really kind and helpful at the hotel, the room was extremely clean and spacious and nicely decorated. I suggest to ask a room on the second floor because there is a dormer with a nice view. I did not try the breakfast, so I can't tell about it, but the common areas at the entrance had everything you might need:a computer with free internet, books and guides on Spain, plenty of comfortable and stylish armchairs. I also recommend not to use the hotel parking (10euros a night) but to use the public one (free) right next to the information centre, 2minutes walking from the hotel.The village itself is lovely but in my opinion way too touristic, full of souvenir's shops and restaurants, but still worth seeing for the amazing atmosphere.

An absolutely superb hotel. The staff were charming and helpful. The location is just superb for an off-season break (may be a little touristy in the high season). Beautiful village, beautiful room, public rooms perfect, stylish, comfortable, delightful and quite adequate for size of hotel (just 16 rooms). Bathroom large, spa bath lovely. Breakfast excellent. Lack of restaurant no problem, lots of restaurants in village, though in November many are closed. However, remaining ones included some gems. Within half an hour from Santander, could not recommend more highly. Excellent price.

The hotel is absolutely stunning and in a good location, just a 5-minute walk to downtown. All the staff members are incredibly attentive and provide top-class service.

Beautiful building, very sensitively and beautifully decorated and furnished in keeping with the history of the building and village. Staff very welcoming and service excellent.

The hotel does not have a restaurant, only a cafe/bar - which was very good but limited. There are plenty of restaurants in the area however.

We really enjoyed our stay in this cozy medieval town setting with friendly staff and a lovely garden location.

Very pretty hotel, exceptionally good value and in a superb location right in the heart of the medieval town. Hotel's secure, resonably priced, easily accessible car park came as a very pleasant surprise (can't remember seeing this mentioned anywhere)

Liked everything, nothing to dislike.

Very pleasant overnight stay. Service was excellent and would recommend this hotel without hesitation. We had a great evening meal and enjoyed a glass of wine on the house in the evening. We hope to be back.
